These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Minesweeper 99 (the "App") provided by FatSmileGAMES ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
The App offers optional in-app purchases of digital items (for example, removing ads and unlocking content). All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Digital items have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
The App is supported by advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. You may purchase "Remove Ads" to disable banner and interstitial advertising. Optional rewarded ads remain available as a way to earn in-game benefits.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law; (b) use cheats, automation, or exploits that interfere with intended gameplay; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose; or (d) attempt to disrupt or compromise the App.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, and audio, is owned by FatSmileGAMES and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or other intellectual property.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FatSmileGAMES will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are between you and FatSmileGAMES only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
