This Privacy Policy explains how FatSmileGAMES ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Minesweeper 99 (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We (the developer) do not operate our own servers and do not directly collect or store your personal information. Your game progress, statistics, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

When ads are shown or measurement is enabled, the following third-party SDKs may collect and process data on their own behalf:

• Google AdMob (advertising): device identifiers (including the Identifier for Advertisers, where permitted), ad interaction data, coarse/approximate location inferred from IP address, and device information, used to serve and measure ads.
• Google Firebase (measurement / diagnostics): app usage and diagnostic data used to understand performance and engagement.
• Apple (in-app purchases): purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred but do not receive your payment details.

2. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On first relevant launch, the App asks for your permission to track using Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, the App still works and ads are shown in a non-personalized form. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

3. SKAdNetwork

The App supports Apple's SKAdNetwork, which lets advertisers measure ad campaigns in a privacy-preserving way without tracking individual users across apps.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads and unlocking content). All transactions are handled by Apple. We do not collect or store credit card or payment information.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. FatSmileGAMES confirms the App's audience setting and advertising configuration accordingly. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

6. Your Choices

• Manage tracking permission in iOS Settings (see Section 2).
• Reset or limit your advertising identifier in iOS Settings.
• Purchase "Remove Ads" to stop banner and interstitial advertising.
• Delete the App to remove all locally stored game data from your device.

7. Data Retention

Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete the App. Data processed by Google and Apple is retained according to their respective policies.

8. International Users & Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because the advertising and measurement data described above is processed by Google, please refer to Google's policy and tools to exercise those rights, and contact us with any questions.
